The property, surrounded by the back nine holes of the Kaluakoi Golf Course, consists of 21 buildings. Each building has a combination of studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units. Most 2 bedroom units are 2 story and all studios have vaulted ceilings. Each unit has a wide screened-in lanai and all offer either a garden or ocean view. Three buildings are considered ocean front as they are nearest the shore. "I" building is one of these and it has the closest access to Kepuhi beach, about a 2 minute walk from your door.
Available for guests at Paniolo Hale are a beautifully tiled swimming pool, an outdoor twin gas-barbeque area, and a paddle tennis court. The pool is inlaid with thousands of ocean blue colored tiles and include tile designs of dolphins, sea turtles and tropical fish. The barbeque area has two stainless steel gas grills set in a stone foundation and includes two picnic tables. A great place to meet some of the guests, folks can be found here at all hours of the evening putting the final touches on their day's catch or showcasing their favorite BBQ recipe.
